The failure of the rear material transmission of the wire forming machine is due to the detachment of the key strip between the transmission shaft and the synchronous belt pulley or the slipping of the synchronous belt. The parallelism deviation between the straight guide rail of the rear crossbeam of the wire forming machine and the centerline of the mold is too large. To address this type of fault, it is necessary to loosen the "X" axis synchronous belt, readjust it to the parallelism tolerance range, and reinstall the synchronous belt.
