The wire bending machine is an efficient and automated high-precision wire processing equipment. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of wire processing, corresponding debugging must be carried out before the equipment is used:
Adjusting the wire rack:
Place the wire rack of the wire bending machine on the left side of the fully automatic wire bending machine. The wire rack is slightly 20-40cm higher than the machine table (depending on the length of the wire) and about 30cm away from the machine table. Adjust to a suitable position (the wire rack is parallel to the forming machine and about 30cm away from the machine table).
Installation of wire:
The wire passes through the wire feeding frame, material transfer device, wire feeding wheel, and then to the corner forming area, and the wire of the fully automatic wire forming machine is installed;
Equipment debugging:
Based on the shape of the bent product, set its parameters on the computer. First, manually adjust the product shape. After manual debugging can complete the entire bending process of the product and the product accuracy can meet its requirements, it can be replaced with fully automatic production;
Product testing:
After the product debugging is completed, the "testing" button should be used to check whether the program is correct. After confirming that there are no errors, a product should be produced through the automatic operation of the wire bending machine. The product should be placed on the corresponding inspection tool to check whether the product is standard. For areas with incorrect dimensions (such as bending angle, arm direction and angle, length, etc.), modifications and adjustments should be made on the computer;
Check production stability:
After the debugging of the wire bending machine is completed, 10-20 pieces need to be trial produced to check the stability and changes of the product. If the product is unstable, the cause needs to be identified and modified (not only in the program, but also by modifying the tool to make the product stable). Once the product is stable in production, it can be put into production. During the production process, spot checks are conducted to ensure that the products produced are all qualified.
